Engagement Structure
Engagements are available on an hourly, monthly retainer, or project basis, depending on the nature of the work, expected cadence, and level of ongoing access required.
Hourly engagements are generally best suited for targeted matters, contract negotiations, investigations, overflow needs, and discrete advisory work.
Monthly retainers are generally best suited for recurring fractional GC support, ongoing advisory work, regular contract flow, executive access, and businesses that need consistent senior legal support without full-time GC overhead.
Project-based engagements are generally best suited for audits, governance reviews, workforce-classification assessments, program-design work, diligence support, and other defined scopes with a clear objective and endpoint.
Payments
Public website payments are limited to existing invoices only. Retainer and trust-payment arrangements, where applicable, are handled privately after conflicts are cleared and an engagement is confirmed.

I do not serve as litigation counsel of record or handle courtroom litigation directly. Litigation is handled through or with appropriate outside specialist counsel as needed.
