Engagement Structure

  • Engagements are available on an hourly, monthly retainer, or project basis, depending on the nature of the work, expected cadence, and level of ongoing access required.

  • Hourly engagements are generally best suited for targeted matters, contract negotiations, investigations, overflow needs, and discrete advisory work.

  • Monthly retainers are generally best suited for recurring fractional GC support, ongoing advisory work, regular contract flow, executive access, and businesses that need consistent senior legal support without full-time GC overhead.

  • Project-based engagements are generally best suited for audits, governance reviews, workforce-classification assessments, program-design work, diligence support, and other defined scopes with a clear objective and endpoint.

Payments

Public website payments are limited to existing invoices only. Retainer and trust-payment arrangements, where applicable, are handled privately after conflicts are cleared and an engagement is confirmed.
